Warning : make sure the product(s) are clean and unworn. All products worn and damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Rings can be returned for store credit for the following reasons :
1 - Product did not meet customer's expectations
2 - Size is too small/big
3 - Product no longer needed
4 - Incorrect Product/Size
A refund can only be made if the product received was damaged or defective. Make sure to attach pictures that clearly show the defect and send us the product in its original packaging.
